Maria Courtney is Office Manager with Columbus Consulting International LLC. With her proven success record in service-oriented human resources/administrative/operations management, she is responsible for a variety of back-office operations.  Prior to joining Columbus Consulting in 2009, Maria held various positions over a 23-year career in retail consulting and advertising.  Past experience includes 13 years with LakeWest Group, beginning as Office Manager and ultimately ascending to Vice President of Administration with responsibility for all internal operations of the firm, including human resources, finance, marketing administration, and general office operations.  Before LakeWest, Maria spent 10 years providing office management support at two Cleveland advertising agencies—Griswold, Inc. and Blasko, Sipos & Courtney, Inc.
